Bradenton Beach Movers is a moving company offering local and long-distance moving, residential and commercial moving, and moving and storage services. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a move, including contact details, delivery addresses, and other relevant information.
- Ensure that the items being moved are properly packed, labeled, and ready for transport at the scheduled time.
- Inform us of any special requirements or concerns regarding the move (e.g., fragile items, large furniture, or restricted access).
- Be present at the scheduled pickup and delivery locations, or designate someone to act on your behalf.
4. Payment and Billing
You agree to pay for all services rendered by Bradenton Beach Movers as per the agreed-upon terms. Payments are due before or on the day of the move, depending on the nature of the service.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, cash, or other payment methods outlined at the time of booking. If payment is not received or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the move.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the booking.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
If we are unable to fulfill your move due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, or other emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule the move.
6. Liability and Insurance
Bradenton Beach Movers will take all reasonable steps to protect your belongings during transport. However, we are not liable for any damages, loss, or theft of items during the move unless caused by our negligence or failure to perform our duties.
We recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for valuable or irreplaceable items. Our standard liability for damages is limited to a certain amount per item, as outlined in our insurance policy.
7. Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from being moved by Bradenton Beach Movers, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives)
- Perishable goods
- Illegal items
- Flammable or combustible items
If any prohibited items are discovered during the move, we reserve the right to refuse to transport them, and the customer will be responsible for removing them.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to complete all moves on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. Bradenton Beach Movers will not be held liable for any delays caused by factors outside of our control.
In the event of a force majeure situation (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to complete the move as soon as possible but will not be held responsible for delays or non-performance.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bradenton Beach Movers, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
